Can we get ready for our wedding at the Villa?

By prior approval only and in some cases may involve a 2 night stay.

Can we have our wedding photos taken in your gardens?

Absolutely for couples who are booked to stay in the Villa! Our gardens make a beautiful backdrop for wedding parties. However, this needs to be approved prior as there may be another booking for the previous day and privacy and relaxation is key to having the best stay possible.

Do you provide lunch or dinner?

The Villa is Bed and Breakfast only, but occasionally by arrangement a buffet lunch can be arranged at extra cost for those having wedding preparations at the Villa. There are also some great restaurants close by.

How many does the Villa sleep?

The Villa has one King size bed but there is also a pullout queensize sofa bed in the lounge.

What is the checkout time?

Checkout is midday but could be as late as 2pm if there are no prior bookings for the following day.

What is the location of the Villa?

The Villa is located at No.5 Trendan Green Estate which is at 265 Selwyn Road. This is a straight 15 minute run from the airport via right at the fork in road on Shands Rd. We are approximately 2.7kms down Selwyn Road. Trendan Green Estate is located on the left just before you hit Waterholes Road.

What are the conditions of the ‘Complimentary Transport’ as part of the wedding package?

If your reception venue is located within 20km distance and we can pick you up before midnight, we are happy to provide a luxury-class vehicle to pick you up and bring you back to your villa, which will be romantically themed and awaiting your arrival.

What is your payment policy?

No deposit is required but a credit card is required to secure your booking. Full amount is payable one month prior to your booked date.

What is your cancellation policy?

As the Villa is available for single party bookings only, any cancellations have a big impact on us. Therefore should a confirmed booking be cancelled a cancellation charge will apply. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time the booking was made. Every effort will be made to rebook the room and if successful will not be charged.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
